An update on Roxanne Perez’s WWE main roster status following her iron-man performance in the 2025 Royal Rumble.
Former WWE NXT Women’s Champion Roxanne Perez made her third Royal Rumble appearance last night, entering the women’s Royal Rumble at number three, going on to be the runner up to Charlotte Flair in the match.
Roxanne lost her NXT Women’s Championship to Giulia at NXT New Year’s Evil on January 7, with her long expected for a call-up to the main roster.
Roxanne has appeared on SmackDown a number of times since, being shown in the crowd during Bayley’s matches amid their ongoing issues on NXT television, with both women set to face off against Giulia in a Triple Threat match at WWE Vengeance Day on February 15.
In an update from Fightful Select (subscription required), Roxanne is on WWE’s radar for a call-up, with Fightful being told in early January to expect a call-up sooner than later, with no time frame set, but she has now been all but confirmed for a call-up following her Royal Rumble performance.
One WWE main roster source told Fightful that Roxanne has ‘long been ready’ for the main roster from a performance perspective.
Last night’s Royal Rumble also saw the return of Alexa Bliss, with her return being finalised early in the day.
