WWE
An update has emerged on the WWE status of Royce Keys, who made his debut for the company in the Royal Rumble match on January 31.
Formerly known as Powerhouse Hobbs in AEW, Keys debuted in the Rumble match under his new name, entering at #14 and lasting just under 10 minutes before being eliminated by Bronson Reed.
Since his Rumble debut, Keys has not appeared on WWE TV, with two episodes of Raw, one episode of NXT and episode of SmackDown having taken place since then, leading to some questions over his status.
In a new update, Keys shared on social media that he is at WWE Headquarters today.
He shared videos of his entrance graphics playing inside WWE HQ, the same room that the Netflix Raw premiere Kickoff show aired from a little over a year ago.
There’s been no word on which brand Keys will be part of when he starts appearing on WWE TV regularly, and he hasn’t had a profile added to the official WWE website roster page as of yet.
We’ll continue to keep you posted with any further news on Royce Keys and WWE’s plans for him going forward.
