WWE has released several NXT UK Superstars today as a result of the recent speaking out movement on social media. Rumors are now circulating Velveteen Dream may be the next to be let go.
I've been hearing this, as well as some not so wonderful news about him that doesn't have to do with any of the allegations. https://t.co/34168lwI5l

According to Mat Men Pro Wrestling Podcast, Dream is potentially on a shortlist of being let go. You would expect if this is true, then the release would have been related to the recent allocations.
However, according to Sean Ross Sapp, the release may not have anything to do with the allegations. What is the not so wonderful news? We don’t know at this time, but it appears Sapp is hearing WWE is cleaning house.
WWE is serious about cleaning up their roster from what I hear, in regards to many problematic wrestlers.

It appears whatever the case is, it could be part of a large group of releases. We do not want to speculate about people but there have been several names of late who have been in the news for various reasons.
We’ll provide more details as they are released.
