Last week, the report broke that NXT’s agreement with Full Sail University, the home of NXT since it’s original rebrand in 2012, had come to an end.
However, PWInsider has since reported that numerous sources within WWE and NXT have noted to them that the relationship with Full Sail has not ended.
The report notes that there are currently no plans for NXT to resume tapings in Full Sail while the pandemic continues, but the door is open for the promotion to return there in the future once restrictions ease up.
There are still currently Full Sail University students working all aspects of WWE NXT tapings.
