Last night on Monday Night Raw, Seth Rollins cut a rather heel-like promo to open the show.
During the segment, Seth ran down members of the Raw roster, condemning them for their poor performances the night before at Survivor Series.
Kevin Owens took issue with what Rollins had to say, blasting him with a Stunner. This resulted in the two former Universal Champions going one-on-one in the main event.
The pair had a pretty decent TV match, but the action was halted by Akam and Rezar of AOP. The former Raw Tag Team Champions attacked Kevin Owens during the match, mysteriously leaving Rollins untouched.
While Rollins didn’t officially turn heel last night, it has been rumoured that he will be fully turning at the TLC pay-per-view next month.
Based on last night’s match, IWNerd.com has speculated that Rollins and Owens will square off in a TLC match next month at the pay-per-view.
The site has speculated that AOP will once again interfere in the match, helping Rollins to victory. They say that here we could see Rollins align himself with the two big men and fully turn heel.
Please note, this is merely speculation. At this point, nothing is being reported about WWE’s future plans for Seth Rollins.
