Rusev returned to WWE Raw on April 21, 2025, and CJ Perry, known to fans as Lana, has reacted to his appearance.
The WWE Raw After WrestleMania 41 saw Rusev return and tear through Alpha Academy’s Otis and Akira Tozawa.
With Lana reportedly under a WWE Legends contract, the real-life CJ Perry has reacted to the return of her husband.
Sharing a post on Instagram, Perry celebrated a new Rusev Day and thanked Triple H and the couple’s management, writing:
“Rusev is back on #Raw @wwe @wwe_on_netflix ! Everyone in this swipe thank you! To the fans thank you !! Thank you @tripleh @wwe @paradigmtalentagency @nicklopiccolo”
The post was accompanied by backstage photos of Rusev and a short video of the star preparing to step out in front of the fans at the T-Mobile Arena in Las Vegas, Nevada.
Following his return at WWE Raw, Rusev declared that he was going to take back what’s rightfully his, going on to note that meant “everything”.
Rusev was released by WWE in 2020 and went on to debut as Miro in AEW, although he remained inactive throughout 2024.
He re-signed with WWE following his release from AEW in February 2025.
