Ryo Mizunami has taken to Twitter to announce she is returning to the United States to wrestle for AEW again.
Mizunami last wrestled for AEW during the April 22 Dark: Elevation taping, where she lost to Abadon.
Her biggest match was at the Revolution pay-per-view where she unsuccessfully challenged Hikaru Shida for the Women’s World Championship after winning the Eliminator Tournament, beating Nyla Rose in the final.
Ryo Mizunami made her AEW debut at the original Double Or Nothing in 2019, but then didn’t wrestle another match for the company until said Eliminator Tournament earlier this year.
