Sami Zayn has addressed his WWE future amid speculation regarding the potential expiry of his existing contract.
Last month it was reported that Kevin Owens had re-signed with WWE on a new five year deal, putting an end to months of uncertainty regarding his future with the company.
With it previously being reported that Zayn’s WWE contract was set to expire in early 2025, fans have naturally been wondering whether the four-time Intercontinental Champion would also be committing his future to WWE.
Fightful Select’s Sean Ross Sapp spoke with Zayn today (February 24) and enquired about his contract status, to which Zayn gave a vague response.
While Zayn said he typically likes to keep that information private, he feels as if he has a good thing going in WWE right now and doesn’t see himself leaving the company.
Zayn signed his current multi-year WWE contract back in 2022 and since doing so has enjoyed the most success of his run thus far, being featured prominently in The Bloodline saga and main eventing WrestleMania 39 Night One alongside Owens against The Usos in 2023.
We will provide further updates on Zayn’s contract status as more information becomes available.
