Sami Zayn Invited Back Into The Bloodline Following WWE Championship Loss?

Sami Zayn has seemingly been invited back into the Bloodline following his WWE Championship loss to CM Punk on Raw.

On last night’s WWE Raw show, Sami Zayn was set to defend the Undisputed WWE Championship against Cody Rhodes following his victory over Jey Uso on last week’s SmackDown.

However, Cody Rhodes was taken out by Gunther at the beginning of the show, with him later being deemed unable to compete in the announced championship match.

In his place, CM Punk would make his return to WWE television for the first time since the Raw after WrestleMania 42, where he filled in for Cody and captured the Undisputed WWE Championship, marking his eighth world title reign in the company.

Sami Zayn’s Rant Following WWE Championship Loss

Following his loss, WWE shared a Sami Zayn promo in the immediate aftermath, with him going off on Punk.

He said:

“I have a question. How is it that after 24 years of crawling and inching for every little inch to get the WWE Championship, after I finally get it, 9 days after I get, that piece of s**t can walk back in here after not being here for months, for months, and waltz right in and get a chance?

“That motherf**ker, he has no business, no business!”

Sami Zayn Returning To The Bloodline?

Many have speculated what could be next for Sami following the loss, but we may see him set to join up with the Bloodline once again.

Taking to social media, Jacob Fatu reacted to Sami’s promo, with him sharing the video with a rather simple caption.

He simply wrote:

Sami was made an honorary member of the Bloodline back in 2022 up until his exit from the group at the 2023 Royal Rumble.

Should Sami Zayn Rejoin The Bloodline?

During the peak of the Bloodline storyline, Sami Zayn was arguably one of the most important pieces of the group following his addition in 2022.

While he has remained friendly with the Usos since, and even temporarily rejoining the group for War Games in 2024, Sami has continued to move on with his career since leaving the group.

Adding Sami back to the Bloodline would be a step backwards for his current iteration of his character, though he will likely make it entertaining should that be the route the company chooses to go down.
