A new AEW TNT Champion was crowned on tonight’s (April 16) AEW Battle of the Belts special on TNT.
TNT Champion Scorpio Sky defended his championship against former two-time TNT Champion Sammy Guevara on the show after weeks of a bitter rivalry.
Guevara managed to defeat Sky, ending his over year long undefeated singles match streak, and his TNT Championship reign at just 39 days.
Guevara becomes the second person to win the TNT Championship three times, the first being Cody Rhodes.
