Samoa Joe vs Daniel Bryan is a match we’re yet to be graced with on WWE pay-per-view. But the live audience at the Barclays Center in Brooklyn were treated to the former indie darlings going one-on-one after last night’s live SmackDown TV show went off the air.
After 205 Live had finished, Joe and Bryan engaged in dark match combat until The Miz interfered and attacked Bryan to cause a DQ. AJ Styles then ran down to even up the odds and the evening’s entertainment ended with the two babyfaces running off the heels.
