Sasha Banks SHOOTS on Ronda Rousey

Sasha Banks had “nothing nice” to say about Ronda Rousey’s WWE signing. Initially, she was concerned that Rousey would overshadow the contributions of other female superstars. However, Banks has had a change of heart. During an interview with Open Late with Peter Rosenberg, she discusses her shift in attitude.

“When I first found out that she was going to come [to WWE] I was like ‘ugh we don’t need that taking away from what we’re doing but she helps so much she works so hard. She always wants to learn and she loves it and respects it, and you know, I appreciate that. She works very hard.”

The ever-confident Banks is not intimidated by Rousey. In fact, Banks believes that the two would work well together.

“I’m ready for her. Especially knowing her now, I would be more than happy to have a match with her.”

Sasha Banks does not have a match scheduled for the upcoming Hell In A Cell.  In 2016, she did face Charlotte Flair inside the cell in the first women’s Hell In A Cell match.

Rousey’s work has paid off as she is the current RAW women’s champion.  She acquired the title by defeating Alexa Bliss at SummerSlam. However, Bliss is seeking to regain the title at Hell In A Cell on September 16.
