While WWE fans are still anxiously awaiting the debut of Veer Mahaan, his former tag-team partner Saurav Gurjar returned to NXT 2.0 tonight, January 18.
Interfering in a match between Grayson Waller and Dexter Lumis, Saurav attacked Lumis on the outside while the referee was distracted, setting Waller up to hit a stunner and get the pin for the win.
Saurav Gurjar is known to fans from his previous time in NXT, where he was the tag team partner of Mahaan, as Indus-Sher.
Perhaps better known however was Saurav’s ill-fated Instagram post where he spoiled the result of NXT’s Great American Bash match between Keith Lee and Adam Cole for the NXT Championship by posting a photo of Lee celebrating, holding the title.
Meanwhile, the debut of Saurav’s former partner Veer Mahaan continues to be teased on WWE Raw however there is no confirmed event for his debut. Could we possibly see him as an entrant in the Royal Rumble match?
