Scrapped WWE Plans For Former AEW Stars Revealed

Scrapped WWE debut plans for two former AEW stars have now been revealed by Karrion Kross following his departure.

When Bray Wyatt made his return to WWE back in 2022, he did so planning to launch the Wyatt Sicks faction, with Uncle Howdy debuting on the show prior to Bray’s absence.

It was also reported that WWE were looking to sign Vincent and Dutch of the Righteous, which ultimately didn’t happen, with the pair going on to sign with AEW later that year.

However, Karrion Kross revealed today in his WWE departure vlog that there was a pitch from Bray to bring he, Vincent and Dutch into the Wyatt Sicks group, with them serving as an extension of the group on a different brand.

He said:

“You know the Righteous? Dutch and Vinny? Bray wanted to start with the Sicks, but he wanted to expand, and one of his ideas was to have me, Vinny and Dutch as like, an extension of the Wyatt faction, he had a totally different name for it and everything. We were gonna be on another show, like Raw.

“Jason Baker needs to write a book. He was Windham’s guy, like I would hear everything second and third hand. Jason could tell you more about it, if you ever get Jason Baker in for anything, talk to him about it. The stuff that they were ready to do together, like man.”

The Righteous were granted their AEW release earlier this year, with Kross himself teasing a potential alliance with the pair after their free agency.
