
A couple of weeks after his big reveal, Scrypts, the former Reggie, was back on NXT tonight and looks to have kicked off a new feud.
On tonight’s December 13 show, Ikemen Jiro had a rare TV outing, and actually picked up the win against Javier Bernal.
Jiro couldn’t celebrate for long though, as he was jumped in very acrobatic fashion by Scrypts, seemingly setting up Scrypts’ first feud, or at least a future match between the two.
His only NXT TV match so far was on November 22 in a win over Guru Raaj.
He hadn’t been used as Reggie for several months after Paul Levesque (Triple H) took over WWE creative back in July and took away focus on the 24/7 Championship.
Weeks of mysterious videos then aired on NXT leading to the reveal of the new ‘Scrypts’ character last month.
Also worth mentioning in case you hadn’t seen is the Mandy Rose vs Roxanne Perez NXT Women’s Title match will now be happening TONIGHT, not January 10 as previously scheduled.
