VIDEO: Seth Rollins Confronts Disrespectful Fan At Miami WWE Live Event WWE

WWE World Heavyweight Champion Seth ‘Freakin’ Rollins was forced to confront a fan after being shown disrespect at a house show (WWE Live Event) in Miami, Florida.

Rollins has taken significant pride in being a ‘fighting’ champion thus far in his over two months as world champion, working as many dates as possible across TV, house shows and Premium Live Events.

This quest to be as present as possible for the fans of WWE is to counteract the criticism levelled at the company’s other world champion Roman Reigns, who has thus far only competed in eight matches in 2023, three of which were not televised.

However, despite Rollins seemingly giving fans what they have cried out for throughout Roman’s time as champion, it seems as if some are not satisfied.

This was evident at a recent house show in Miami, Florida, where Rollins defended his title successfully against Finn Balor, however, was clearly irked by a heckling fan at ringside, who Rollins decided to call out after the bell.

Despite dealing with some technical hiccups via his microphone cutting in and out, Rollins confronted the fan for labelling him a “fake ass champion”, something that the Visionary refuted with the evidence of his consistent body of work as world champion.

Rollins also interestingly said that being a “fighting champion” was “taking its toll” on him, while this was not elaborated on further, the 37-year-old has recently spoken of his physical woes, saying he should “probably” get surgery, but is trying to avoid it.

While Rollins has been successfully defending his title on the house show circuit against Balor, it remains to be seen whether the same will in fact occur when it really counts at August 5’s SummerSlam.

Perhaps with Rollins’ current physical woes, as well as the recent momentum the Judgment Day have built up, there could be a new World Champion crowned at Detroit’s Ford Field at SummerSlam.
