An update appears to have emerged on Seth Rollins’ status for SummerSlam this Saturday (July 30) has been revealed.
Rollins was originally slated to go one-on-one with Riddle at the event, however WWE recently announced that the bout will be postponed because Riddle is injured.
Later reports indicated that Riddle’s injury was a work, however no replacement was named for Rollins.
Sean Ross Sapp of Fightful now reports that Seth Rollins is in Nashville, and is at today’s (July 29) WWE tryout.
With Rollins already in the city, he will likely be at the Nissan Stadium tomorrow for the premium live event.
The match has reportedly been postponed due to ‘creative adjustments’, with the working plan being for the eventual bout to take place at the Clash at the Castle premium live event in Cardiff, Wales in September.
