Last night on Raw, it was confirmed that Seth Rollins will be defending his Universal Championship at Crown Jewel against The Fiend in a Falls Count Anywhere match.
This comes two weeks after Rollins was announced as Team Hogan’s captain for the ten-man tag team match at the Saudi Arabia event.
While Rollins is slated to pull double duty at the moment, Dave Meltzer speculated on the latest Wrestling Observer Radio that Seth will likely be pulled from the multi-man tag match.
This would leave Hogan with a team of Rusev and Ricochet, with three more spots to fill for his team.
Rollins’ Crown Jewel opponent The Fiend is rumoured to be moving back to Raw tonight following a draft move to Smackdown. Some have speculated that the “blockbuster trade” could be made on WWE Backstage tonight.
