WWE star and current United States Champion Seth ‘Freakin’ Rollins has called out the company for ignoring him.
WWE has been celebrating the 10th anniversary of Roman Reigns and Seth Rollins this month, 10 years after the Shield first graced our television screens at Survivor Series 2012.
Dean Ambrose, Seth Rollins and Roman Reigns terrorised the WWE roster for over a year before Rollins sold out in June 2014.
The Shield took out many top stars including John Cena, Randy Orton, Daniel Bryan and CM Punk, but in January 2013 they targetted The Rock.
The trio laid waste to the Great One prior to his WWE Championship clash with CM Punk at Royal Rumble 2013.
Amid buzz of a potential clash between the Rock and the Tribal Chief at WrestleMania next year, WWE on Instagram shared the clip, alongside the caption:
The first time @romanreigns and @therock crossed paths in WWE
Not one to appreciate being snubbed, Rollins commented on the post, stating:
I was also there, idiots.
Rollins is set to hold a United States Championship open challenge on tonight’s (November 7) episode of Raw.
