An update has emerged on the status of Seth Rollins after he was removed from The Vision in the closing stages of today’s WWE Raw.
The October 13 episode of WWE Raw ended in dramatic fashion, as Seth Rollins – who began the show in a jovial mood after defeating Cody Rhodes at Crown Jewel – was attacked by Bron Breakker and Bronson Reed, seemingly bringing an end to The Vision as we know it.
With Paul Heyman also opting to align with Breakker and Reed, rather than remain by Rollins’ side, speculation has been abound regarding WWE’s decision to remove the World Heavyweight Champion from the group, but now we have some details on Rollins’ status courtesy of a new report from PWInsider.
According to Mike Johnson, the decision to remove Rollins from The Vision was made due to Seth suffering an injury during his match with Cody Rhodes at Crown Jewel.
While the exact nature of the injury is yet to be confirmed, the belief within WWE is that Rollins injured his left shoulder whilst performing the coast-to-coast diving headbutt on Rhodes, who was hanging upside down on the opposite turnbuckle.
We will provide updates on Rollins’ condition and WWE’s plans as more information becomes available.
