According to a new report from Fightful Select, several All Elite Wrestling (AEW) stars reportedly have their contracts coming up in the first few months of 2021, meaning the usual “free agent season” is likely to be extended.
We’re told that there are currently several AEW deals that should be due in the first half of 2021 as well
At this time, there is no word on which AEW star’s contracts are up early next year, and if any are considering leaving the company. For any potential updates, make sure you stay tuned to WrestleTalk.com.
The report also notes that several WWE stars are going to have their contracts expire around WrestleMania time next year, but some will also have their deals running out throughout the rest of the year:
Many WWE deals typically expire around WrestleMania time, but those are a little more spread out now than before.
In the same vain, there is also no word on which WWE stars are currently going to see their deals come to an end in 2021, and whether or not any are considering other options. We’ll keep you posted on any updates here too.
