Several Turns & Changes Planned For WWE Stars On New Rosters

With the 2021 WWE Crown Jewel event now in the rear view mirror, the rosters that were formed in the 2021 WWE Draft are now set to take shape, starting with tonight’s (October 22) SmackDown show.

PWInsider now has reports on several plans and changes that WWE will put into motion now that the rosters will start to take effect.

PWInsider is reporting that Xia Li, who was portrayed as a heel as part of the Tian Sha group in NXT, will be portrayed as a babyface on the SmackDown roster. Filling the opposite role will be Shotzi (Blackheart), who is set to serve as a heel on the blue brand following her split with Tegan Nox in the draft.

Nox herself was drafted to Raw, where she will remain a babyface in their women’s division. Mia Yim was also drafted to Raw, and she too will serve as a babyface in the women’s division on Monday Nights.

It was reported that WWE plans on using Isaiah Scott and Ashante Adonis as Hit Row’s tag team. Another duo that is reportedly set to enter the tag team ranks is former Intercontinental Champion Apollo Crews and Commander Azeez.
