We now know a few more names that will be appearing in this year’s Royal Rumble matches, with a number of names being announced during and after last night’s SmackDown.
For the men’s Rumble match, Shinsuke Nakamura, Dolph Ziggler, Intercontinental Champion Big E, and Sami Zayn are now official, with 17 places still open. Daniel Bryan, United States Champion Bobby Lashley, AJ Styles, Randy Orton, Otis, The Miz, Jey Uso, Cesaro, and Jeff Hardy have already been announced.
In terms of the women’s Rumble match, Liv Morgan, Ruby Riott and Tamina have all been confirmed as entrants. They join Nia Jax, Charlotte Flair, Bayley, Bianca Belair, Mandy Rose, Dana Brooke, Peyton Royce, Alexa Bliss, and Shayna Baszler in the 30-woman line-up. 18 places remain unfilled.
