Several current NXT stars were present backstage at last night’s (November 12) SmackDown show.
Per PWInsider, NXT’s Cora Jade, Dakota Kai and Dexter Lumis were the stars that were present backstage.
Lumis’ reason for being present was not given, but the two women did work a dark match against each other prior to the show, which Kai ended up winning.
Three other NXT names that PWInsider did not mention were NXT North American Champion Carmelo Hayes and Trick Williams, who lost a dark tag team match to the Viking Raiders, and Von Wagner, who actually appeared on the broadcast seemingly as Adam Pearce’s new bodyguard.
