Sheamus Wins The United States Championship At WrestleMania

Matt Riddle and Sheamus were set to face off on night two of WrestleMania 37. This was one of 7 title matches on night two.

Riddle and Sheamus had the unpleasant task of following Kevin Owens and Sami Zayn who had just put on a terrific match. They did their best to match it and in the end, Sheamus won the US Championship.

Riddle went for a moonsault after springboarding off the second rope. Sheamus hit a Brogue Kick and pinned Riddle.

After the ref counted the pin, the camera cut to a bloody Riddle. Sheamus connected hard with the toe of his boot to the mouth of Riddle.

Sheamus picked up the huge victory and will begin his championship reign tomorrow night on Raw. WrestleTalk will have live coverage of tomorrow night’s show.
