Sheamus has commented on a pitch for him to compete in a championship rematch at an upcoming Premium Live Event.
After the duo wrestled to a three minute time-limit draw on the November 6 WWE Speed episode, Sheamus challenged for Bron Breakker’s Intercontinental Championship on Monday’s (November 18) Raw episode.
While this bout managed to pass the 13 minute mark, this rematch also had a non-conclusive finish, with Ludwig Kaiser attacking both stars.
Sheamus has now reacted to a post on Twitter by WrestlingNews.co, who called for Sheamus and Bron Breakker to run it back on a PLE.
Interested in this pitch, Sheamus responded:
the term is: “would feed generations”
The Intercontinental Championship is notably the final title Sheamus needs to win to become a WWE Grand Slam Champion.
Breakker is a two-time Intercontinental Champion, most recently winning the gold from Jey Uso on the October 21 Raw episode.
The next WWE Premium Live Event will be Survivor Series ‘War Games’, which will take place on November 30.
