WWE Raw star Shelton Benjamin made his in-ring return during Monday’s (June 13) WWE Main Event taping.
Benjamin faced off against Akira Tozawa in his first match back, taped for this week’s episode.
The star confirmed that he was on the shelf last month, noting that it was only the second time in his career that he had been out of action due to an injury.
Prior to this week’s taping, Benjamin last wrestled last wrestled during the April 25 WWE Main Event taping, teaming with Cedric Alexander to face off against the Street Profits.
