There was a shocking conclusion to WWE Raw after WrestleMania 39 with a wild scene to close the show.
While there was set to be a tag team match between the unlikely duo of Brock Lesnar and Cody Rhodes against Roman Reigns and Solo Sikoa, the match would never start.
Instead after the entrances, Brock Lesnar dramatically turned on Cody Rhodes, hitting him with an F5 and then waging a vicious attack including stairs, chairs, and anything else he could find.
With eight minutes left in the show however, the beatdown had no choice but to continue as the time was filled with Lesnar beating down Rhodes in a dramatic fashion.
With the show poised to end on the crowd’s stunned silence, with Corey Graves saying barely above a whisper, “And with that, Brock Lesnar became the American Nightmare’s worst nightmare,” there was a tick more drama.
Lesnar came back out, stunning the crowd and Graves who shouted for everyone to get out of the ring but instead of waging another attack, he simply flipped off everyone with both hands.
