In a week that saw Raw’s TV rating increase by quite a large margin, SmackDown Live followed suit with its highest of 2019 so far.

The viewership for this week’s SmackDown was 2.269 million, which was quite the rise from the previous week’s 2.034 million.

The rating beat the previous 2019 high of 2.143 million by over 100,000 viewers, making it the highest rating since November of 2018 for the blue brand.

The show saw NXT stars Tommaso Ciampa, Johnny Gargano, Aleister Black and Ricochet all make their SmackDown debuts with victories, and Kofi Kingston named as Daniel Bryan’s WWE Championshp challenger at the Fastlane pay-per-view on March 10.
