SmackDown Live SPOILERS – Christmas Day Taping

Here are the spoilers for next week’s pre-taped episode of SmackDown (not) Live:

Luke Gallows and Karl Anderson and The New Day defeated SAnitY and tag champs The Bar in an eight-man tag match. Gallows and Anderson got the pin for their team. The Usos were on commentary throughout.
R-Truth and Carmella did a dance break to Christmas songs dressed as Mr and Mrs Claus. Truth messed up the names of Santa’s reindeer, which brought out Daniel Bryan who said the reindeer aren’t real. Also AJ Styles and Santa Claus also aren’t real (ouch). Bryan cut an environment-based promo, focusing on the fact that Santa will not exist because the glaciers are melting. Truth says it’s a joke, but Bryan retorts and says Truth’s career has been a joke. Truth mentions his number 30 spot in the Royal Rumble and the idea of challenging Bryan at WrestleMania 35. They do another dance break but Bryan attacks Truth mid-dance. Bryan applies The LeBell Lock to Truth, breaks the hold and then stomps on Truth.
Mustafa Ali defeated Andrade “Cien” Almas in a very good match. Ali got the pin with the 054 splash.
The Miz comes out for a Christmas-themed edition of MizTV. Miz introduces Shane McMahon, calling him his bestie. Shane talks about how the McMahons will now listen to fans, and that new Superstars are on their way to the main roster. Miz asks why can’t he and Shane be tag team partners now that SmackDown has 4 members of the family running the show. Miz says tagging with Shane is something to be proud of. Shane agrees to tag with Miz, and they stand together and raise the World Cup trophy at once. Miz leads a “yes!” chant to end the segment.
Jeff Hardy and Samoa Joe got a double count out. Hardy jumped from the apron and kicked Joe on the floor, beating him up for the count out. After the match, Joe locked Hardy into the Coquina Clutch. Officials pulled them apart but Hardy went down.
Rusev defeated Shinsuke Nakamura to become the new United States Champion. Rusev hit Nakamura with the Machka kick and covers him for the pin and the title. Lana comes in to celebrate after the match.
