The ratings for this week’s (July 23) episode of WWE SmackDown are in, and the show saw a small drop in viewers from the week prior.
This week’s show drew 2.137 million viewers, which is down 7.5% from last week’s numbers. However, this is still the second highest rating for the show since mid-May.
The show drew a 0.55 in the key 18-49 demo, which is down 16.7% from the previous week, scoring 709,000 viewers.
The show had competition from the Olympic Games opening ceremony, which drew 17 million viewers, and the games themselves will serve as competition for all wrestling shows for the next two weeks.
