The post-Fastlane episode of SmackDown was up slightly from last week, pulling 2.198 million viewers compared to 2.155 million.
SmackDown was advertised around the fallout from Shane McMahon’s heel turn on The Miz at Fastlane and the promise of Vince McMahon addressing the Kofi Kingston WWE Title match situation.
SmackDown ratings have remained fairly consistent – albeit not high – for the past three weeks, with very little difference between the numbers.
It was expected that daylight savings might have had a positive effect on the numbers for the blue brand but that does not appear to be the case. There also appears to be hardly any bump going into WrestleMania, which is a surprise considering two of WWE’s hottest angles involved SmackDown stars.
