Sneak Peek At Reported Design Changes For AEW Championship Belt

In a new leaked photo, a sneak peek at the new AEW World Championship belt may have just been revealed online.

With Samoa Joe commenting that one of the first things he planned to do as AEW World Champion was get the title belt re-designed, now a sneak peek has been revealed.

You can get a glimpse of the photo shared by Fightful Select below.

At the post-AEW Worlds End media scrum, Samoa Joe mentioned that he had one change in mind straight away.

He will be ditching the ‘Triple B’, the Burberry patterned AEW World Championship belt that has been carried by former champ MJF for the past year.

Samoa Joe said:

“This [Triple B AEW World Title] is going in the garbage, don’t worry about that. This trash right here, this little knockoff, BS Gucci stuff that he has going on, this is going away.

“We’re getting the good belt, the right belt, something that is designed well. I’ve spoken with Tony intensively about it and we’re very much looking forward to it. We have a whole new era we’re starting.”

Samoa Joe went on to add that he had an exciting partnership for AEW to also announce.
