NXT star Solo Sikoa cost Drew McIntyre the Undisputed WWE Universal Championship match at Clash At The Castle.
Early on in the bout, McIntyre took the upper-hand, before he was distracted by Karrion Kross, who watched on from ringside.
Reigns took to the mic during the bout to tell Cardiff to acknowledge him, before McIntyre dropped him with a Glasgow kiss.
After some shenanigans featuring Tyson Fury and Mr Money in the Bank Theory, Drew McIntyre dropped Reigns with a Claymore.
Before he could get the pin, Solo Sikoa pulled Reigns to safety. Solo distracted McIntyre for long enough for Reigns to hit the Spear to retain his gold.
Sikoa is notably the brother of Undisputed WWE Tag Team Champions The Usos and the son of Hall of Famer Rikishi.
Tyson Fury and Drew McIntyre sent the crowd home happy with a sing-song to close the show. You can read more about Fury’s involvement in the show right here.
