A special entrance that is seemingly planned for WWE WrestleMania 41 in Las Vegas this weekend has now been revealed.
CM Punk is set to finally achieve a WrestleMania main event on Saturday night, when he faces off with Roman Reigns and Seth Rollins in a Triple Threat match to close night one of the show.
This marks CM Punk’s first WrestleMania match since 2013, when he faced off against the Undertaker at WrestleMania 29 in Metlife Stadium.
On that night, Punk was performed to the ring by Living Colour, who played his theme song Cult of Personality live for his entrance on the show.
It was recently announced that Living Colour would be playing at Freemont Street tomorrow night, which has led to fans speculating that they could once again play Punk to the ring for his first WrestleMania main event.
In an update from PWInsider, the belief among those spoken to is that the timing of Living Colour playing in Vegas is for ‘the reasons you think’, so it is ‘99.9%’ expected that the band will play Punk to the ring at WrestleMania.
The planned opening matches for each night of WrestleMania have now been revealed.
