It was reported last week that former Bludgeon Brother and Wyatt Family Member Luke Harper had returned to the Performance Center in Orlando after some time out with a wrist injury, and he’s now set to return to SmackDown Live.
PWInsider are reporting that Harper is currently scheduled for this week’s SmackDown Live, making him the second blue brand star to return this week after Tye Dillinger made his return over the weekend.
What is unknown is the role that Harper will play. The most likely thing to happen is for him to rejoin his former tag partner Rowan in Daniel Bryan’s evil eco-friendly stable, but with Mustafa Ali now out of the Elimination Chamber match with an injury, could Harper take the high-flyer’s spot in the chamber?
I for one am looking forward to seeing Harper back in the ring, where hopefully he can finally get the kind of push a man with his talents so richly deserves.
He is easily one of WWE’s most talented big men, and if given the proper storyline, could make a huge impact on the main roster.
