SPOILER: Debut, Match & Return Planned For WWE SmackDown

This week’s episode of Friday Night SmackDown was actually filmed earlier this week on Monday, meaning some spoilers have leaked for matches, returns and even a debut that will be happening on tonight’s show.

It was reported last week that Drew Gulak had opted to rejoin WWE after the company actually allowed his contract to expire. It is believed that Gulak asked for a raise, and WWE rejected his request, which meant he temporarily left the company.

According to Fightful, Drew Gulak will be involved on SmackDown tonight, making his return to the company after missing last week’s show. He is set to be involved in a battle royale that will take place on tonight’s broadcast.

While the report does not state what the battle royal was for, Fightful does not that Gulak was one of the wrestlers involved in the match:

“We’re not looking to spoil results from the show, for those asking. We can confirm that Drew Gulak participated in a battle royal for this Friday, though.”

Accompanying the return of Gulak and battle royal match that have been leaked, we also know that tonight’s episode of SmackDown is going to see the main roster call-up of Matt Riddle. According to reports, Riddle filmed a backstage vignette earlier in the week that is expected to air on tonight’s show.

This comes after Riddle made his final NXT appearance, at least for the foreseeable future, on Wednesday night’s show where he was defeated in the brilliant first-ever Cage Fight match by Timothy Thatcher.
