AEW is set to hold it’s second annual AEW Grand Slam event at Arthur Ashe Stadium next week, with both Dynamite and Rampage set to be held in the stadium.
AEW has officially announced four title matches for the show, including an AEW World Championship match between Bryan Danielson and Jon Moxley for the vacant title.
Also set for the show is a AEW Tag Team Championship rematch between Swerve in our Glory and the Acclaimed, a four-way match for the interim AEW Women’s World Championship between Toni Storm, Athena, Britt Baker and Serena Deeb, and an All-Atlantic Championship match between Pac and Orange Cassidy.
**However, a fifth championship match is set to be announced on tomorrow night’s AEW Rampage show, turn away now if you do not wish to be spoiled.**
ROH World Champion Claudio Castagnoli made an appearance on the show, before he was confronted by Chris Jericho, who had got up from the announce desk. Jericho said that he had never been the ROH World Champion, and was looking to make that his latest world championship, with Claudio accepting his challenge for Dynamite.
