Spoiler On Injured WWE Champion’s Replacement WWE

This article contains spoilers for the May 26 episode of WWE SmackDown, which was taped following last night’s episode of the show.

It was announced during the May 19 episode of SmackDown that the Women’s Tag Team Championship have been vacated.

The titles were vacated following an injury to former champion Liv Morgan during her and Raquel Rodriguez’s defence against Bayley and Dakota Kai the prior week.

The new champions will be crowned on the May 29 episode of Monday Night Raw in a four-way tag team match.

The teams featured in the match are Ronda Rousey and Shayna Baszler, Chelsea Green and Sonya Deville, Bayley and IYO SKY and Raquel Rodriguez teaming with a replacement partner.

On last night’s show, Raquel was approached by Bayley and IYO SKY, who challenged her to a match next week alongside her replacement partner.

At the tapings for next week’s show, Raquel teamed up with Shotzi to defeat Bayley and IYO. You can see in the video below.
