The curious case of Ronda Rousey has been a weird one since she appeared to turn heel following her loss to Liv Morgan at SummerSlam.

Ronda was suspended and fined by the company for assaulting a referee after the match, which led to her making a return two weeks later to pay off the fine, dumping a massive bag of money on the table ahead of the Liv Morgan and Shayna Baszler contract signing.

Ronda also appeared on last week’s show, where she was ‘arrested’ at the beginning of the show. Despite seemingly turning heel, Rousey finds herself more popular than ever right now.

Per PWInsider, despite Rousey being arrested on last week’s show, she is currently in Detroit, and is set to appear on tonight’s SmackDown broadcast.

Rousey has been involved in the Liv Morgan and Shayna Baszler feud heading into Clash at the Castle, with many expecting her to be added to the match.
