The July 4 episode of WWE SmackDown will mark the show’s return to two hours after it became a three hour show back on January 3.

The show was taped following tonight’s Raw show in order to give talent the holiday off, with the show set to air this Friday, July 4.

On the show, a big return took place, which led to a major match being announced for WWE Saturday Night’s Main Event in Atlanta next Saturday.
