Spoiler On Return Planned For Tonight’s WWE SmackDown

Tonight’s WWE SmackDown is set to be a big show for WWE. Being dubbed the season premiere, it will be the first show with the newly announced announce team of Michael Cole and Wade Barrett, and will host the highly anticipated rematch between Sheamus and Gunther for the Intercontinental Championship.

WWE stars have been making returns in recent weeks under the new regime, and an injured WWE star is currently set to return on tonight’s SmackDown show in Boston.

Per PWInsider, former WWE Women’s Tag Team Champion Zelina Vega is currently written into tonight’s SmackDown broadcast, where she is set to return with a new-look blonde look.

Vega’s last match came against Bianca Belair on April 11, and she has been out of action with an injury since. She has made various media appearances for the company while being out, including appearing at San Diego Comic Con alongside Cody Rhodes and Tommaso Ciampa.

There has also been reports that NXT’s Legado Del Fantasma are set to debut on the SmackDown brand, which could happen as soon as tonight’s season premiere show.
