A TNA Wrestling star was stripped of their championship at the company’s recent tapings in St. Joseph, MO.
With a month to go until TNA Rebellion on Sunday, April 27, a pair of TV tapings were held, filming content for future episodes of iMPACT and Xplosion.
As previously reported, the first taping held on Friday, March 28 saw the return of a WWE star to the company, making his first appearance since 2021 and setting up a big pay-per-view TNA World Title match against Joe Hendry.
However, that wasn’t the only big talking point from the weekend tapings, as on Saturday, March 29, TNA Wrestling’s Director of Authority Santino Marella made the decision to vacate one of the company’s championships.
As well as that, a brand new championship was also unveiled, a brand new TNA signing made their first appearance as a member of the company’s roster and a notable WWE signee made their return.
