Spoiler On WWE Intercontinental Championship Plans For WrestleMania 41 WWE

A spoiler on plans for the WWE Intercontinental Championship at WrestleMania 41 ahead of tonight’s WWE Raw show.

On last week’s WWE Raw show in Brussels, Belgium, Bron Breakker defended his Intercontinental Championship against Finn Balor during the show’s main event, with Balor coming up short in the match due to accidental interference from Dominik Mysterio.

After the match, Penta got in the face of Breakker, teasing that he would be the next man to challenge him for the title, with many assuming that match would take place at WrestleMania 41.

However, it was announced yesterday that the title clash between Penta and Bron Breakker would be taking place on tonight’s episode of Raw in Glasgow, Scotland.

In an update on the match from Fightful Select (subscription required), the working plan as of last week’s Bron Breakker vs. Finn Balor match was for the WrestleMania match to be a four-way between Breakker, Balor, Penta and Dominik Mysterio.

Earlier in the show, Penta defeated Ludwig Kaiser, before challenging Breakker, with Dominik also pitching for Penta to join the Judgment Day, as well as staring at the Intercontinental Championship during the main event.

It’s important to note that creative plans are always potentially set to change.
