There’s an update on the plans for tonight’s episode of WWE SmackDown following some uncertainty – but beware this will contain spoilers.
As we already knew, the full Undertaker boneyard match vs AJ Styles from WrestleMania, which is 35 minutes in lengths (plus ads) is set to air, and PWInsider is now reporting the plan is fill about half of the show with Undertaker-centric content.
The report also notes that the current plan is for the show to feature appearances from both Matt Riddle and Jeff Hardy.
As we covered earlier, the Intercontinental Championship match between AJ Styles and Drew Gulak has been removed from WWE’s preview of tonight’s show, as has the Sheamus ‘Toast to Jeff Hardy’ segment.
Taping for the show is scheduled to take place at the Performance Center today, despite several names in the company having tested positive for COVID-19 in the last few days.
Stay tuned to WrestleTalk.com for any further updates on the show, and we will of course be providing live coverage for SmackDown later tonight.
