A match at WWE & AAA Worlds Collide event has seen another change, with a star being replaced in a match on the event’s card.
Tonight sees WWE & AAA collaborate for their second Worlds Collide event since WWE announced the acquisition of the Mexican promotion during WrestleMania 41 weekend.
Yesterday saw confirmation from WWE that La Parka had been removed from the scheduled eight man tag team ‘Lucha Showcase’ match at the event, with Laredo Kid teaming with Nino Hamburguesa, Octagon Jr & Mascarita Sagrada against Cruz Del Toro, Joaquin Wilde, Lince Dorado & Mini Abismo Negro.
Now, just hours before Worlds Collide takes place in Las Vegas, yet another change has been made to the same match according to WWE’s official preview for the show, with La Parka now added back to that match, this time in place of Nino Hamburguesa.
The match listing now reads:
La Parka, Octagón Jr., Laredo Kid & Mascarita Sagrada vs. Cruz Del Toro, Joaquin Wilde, Lince Dorado & Mini Abismo Negro
WWE botched the initial announcement of La Parka’s planned involvement, with the original match graphic featuring an image of the old version of La Parka – LA Park – instead of the current La Parka.
Headlining tonight’s Worlds Collide event is the AAA Mega Championship match between reigning champion El Hijo del Vikingo and WWE Intercontinental Champion Dominik Mysterio.
Elsewhere on the card, WWE’s Ethan Page, Natalya, Dragon Lee, JD McDonagh, Finn Balor, Roxanne Perez, Lola Vice and The New Day will all be in action.
La Parka, who was previously replaced at WWE & AAA Worlds Collide by Laredo Kid, has now been added back to the match
However, he's actually replacing Nino Hamburguesa, who is now out of the match
