A lot of history was made at WrestleMania 37, but Stephanie McMahon has pointed out something a lot of people will have missed.
The event saw the first ever female photographer shooting the action at ringside at a WrestleMania.
Stephanie McMahon tweeted:
This past weekend Heather McLaughlin made history as the first female to shoot #WrestleMania ringside for @WWE. Proud to have you on our team, Heather!
WrestleMania was a very historic event with Sasha Banks and Bianca Belair, two black women, competing in the main event of the first night.
It was also the first ‘Mania to be delayed due to the weather, with the first match of the first night taking place half an hour later than planned.
And of course, it was also the first WWE show to be held in front of actual live fans since the start of the pandemic over a year ago.
Congratulations to McLaughlin and all the other history makers last weekend!
