Stephanie McMahon Shares Throwback Pic Ahead Of Clash At The Castle WWE

Stephanie McMahon has shared a sweet throwback pic of herself and brother Shane McMahon to mark the last time WWE had a UK stadium show.

We’ve been said it a lot – Clash at the Castle is WWE’s first stadium show in the UK in over 30 years, and now a throwback snap from Stephanie McMahon puts a unique timestamp on just how long that has been.

Dropping a pic on Twitter of herself and brother Shane McMahon in ahead of WWE’s last stadium show in the UK, in the late 1900s!

Posting the pic from the 1992 SummerSlam held in Wembley Arena in London, England, Stephanie made sure to drop all the viewing details for tonight’s WWE trip across the pond.

SummerSlam 1992 had two main event matches, first featuring the Ultimate Warrior challenging Macho Man Randy Savage for the WWF World Heavyweight Championship.

In the other main event, British Bulldog Davey Boy Smith pinned Bret Hart to capture the WWF Intercontinental Championship in front of a delighted London crowd.

Could the UK stadium show over 30 years later see major title change as the Undisputed WWE Championship is on the line as Drew McIntyre challenges Roman Reigns? We’ll have to tune in to see!

With a peek at the awesome stage design for the massive stadium show already shared around online as well as a potential major spoiler for an unannounced star spotted at the venue, anticipation is reaching a fever pitch!

Clash at the Castle is scheduled for Saturday, September 3, 2022 at 1 pm EST and 10am PST.
