She may have taken a leave of absence for her corporate duties but Stephanie McMahon is always on the lookout for new talent for the WWE.
So much so in fact that in a recent social media post, she fully admits that she can’t stop scouting collegiate athletes for Triple H and WWE’s Next In Line (NIL) program!
Taking to Twitter, Steph shared congratulations for the University of Oklahoma softball team for winning the Women’s College World Series after attending the game live and posing for a snap with famed coach Patty Gasso, writing:
“Congratulations @OU_Softball on winning the #WCWS last night! What a game to see live! Also, honored to meet the legendary @GassoPatty. Hey @tripleh , there are definitely some prospects for @wwe!”
Stephanie McMahon recently announced that she was stepping away from her role as an executive within WWE with a statement that suggested that she would return to her duties sometime in the future.
The details surrounding what role Stephanie may or may not return to as stories have emerged about there being dissension within the corporate ranks, seemingly pitting a faction set on burying Stephanie McMahon publicly by leaking negative sentiments about her performance in the role within the company against an alternate sentiment that she’s simply taking time away.
