Stephanie Vaquer, Bayley, Nattie and WWE legend Leilani Kai have sent messages to Jacy Jayne after her NXT Women’s Title loss at Stand and Deliver 2026.
WWE NXT’s biggest premium live event of the year kicked off last night with the NXT Women’s Championship Match between reigning champion Jacy Jayne, Lola Vice and Kendal Grey.
Much like Grey and Vice’s number one contender’s match on NXT this past Tuesday, the action was exciting and back-and-forth, with all three stars coming close to victory at different points.
The end of the bout saw Kendal Grey’s teammate Wren Sinclair eliminate Jacy Jayne’s numbers advantage by driving Fatal Influence’s Lainey Reid and Fallon Henley from ringside.
While this momentarily opened up Grey to capture the win, it was instead Lola Vice who ultimately pulled it off, delivering a Spinning Backfist to Jayne to win her first singles championship in NXT.
Jayne’s loss sees her second run as NXT Women’s Champion end at 137 days, with the NXT veteran holding the title for 288 days total between her two reigns.
Jacy Jayne Reacts to End Of NXT Women’s Title Run, Receives Messages From WWE Stars
With NXT’s women’s division now set to begin a new era with Lola Vice at the helm, Jayne stated that she was “grateful” for her run as champion in a post on Twitter after Stand and Deliver.
Jayne wrote:
Proud..but most importantly grateful
This message would lead to many in the WWE locker room responding with message of praise for Jayne and her title run, with Bayley commenting:
Proud of you!
Fellow WWE veteran Nattie praised Jayne’s run atop NXT, writing:
You did an amazing job as champ
Former WWE Women’s Champion Leilani Kai echoed comments praising Jayne’s run with the title, whilst sharing her excitement for what’s to come next for the 29-year-old:
A run that @jacyjaynewwe can be proud of for the rest of her career.
I’m looking forward to her next matches.
Lastly, current WWE Women’s World Champion, and the woman that Jayne defeated to win her first NXT Women’s Title back in May 2025, Stephanie Vaquer wrote:
That’s how a champion gets it done
Time For Jacy Jayne To Finally Receive Main Roster Call-Up
Similarly to the brand new WWE NXT Champion Tony D’Angelo, the past five years has seen Jacy Jayne be forced to wait her turn while other stars get called up to Raw or SmackDown.
While her time in the main roster spotlight has been a long time coming, Jayne’s extra time in NXT has certainly benefitted her, rather than held her back.
Following almost an entire year as NXT Women’s Champion, Jayne will be heading to Raw or SmackDown with her stock higher than ever, and she’s also got an established faction by her side – something that can only help her chances of success on the red or bleu brand.
Similarly to Jayne, Fallon Henley is another star who’s spent a while in NXT and feels ready for a shot on a bigger stage. While Lainey Reid could perhaps benefit from more time in NXT, calling her up alongside Jayne and Henley makes sense and will likely benefit her far more than staying in NXT and being called up on her own later on.
With the Raw after WrestleMania typically a place for big surprises, perhaps we could see Fatal Influence make a splash by attacking one of the company’s top champions?
